About Us
The Department is engaged in delineating host and pathogenic signatures associated with infection, disease progression and protection against chronic infections such as HIV/AIDS and CMV. Using immune monitoring (including multi-dimensional flow cytometry) to address immune correlates as well as high throughput sequencing to describe therapeutically important viral targets and explore viral evolution we hope to positively influence public health.
