Child Health Services and research initiated at Abhyuday Nagar Clinic in the year 2014. Till date clinic created a good cohort of 2300 Paediatric cases. Among them 1037 children were recruited under various research studies. The clinic has undertaken important research areas like vitamin D deficiency, Latent tuberculosis and precocious puberty.

Clinic has a good rapport within the community, Anganwadis, Community Mandal, and Health posts and has established linkages with the schools in the vicinity & conducts various health screening camps, awareness talks in the schools for parents and teachers. The clinic also organizes educational and recreational activities on special celebration days like festivals, health day, children day etc.

It also to pre-pubertal girls, adolescent girls about the changes among them. Clinic provides pubertal counseling services to mother – daughter pair.

• Deworming, treatment for anemia, vitamin and calcium deficiency
• Pre-pubertal changes in girls, Latent Tuberculosis Infection among children < 12 years of age.
• Clinic provides pubertal counseling services to mother – daughter pair about pubertal changes including menstrual hygiene.
• Specialized OPD like Paediatric Endocrine services and Nutrition OPD
• Other services like Breast feeding, weaning advice, diet history, counseling and personal hygiene advice are also being provided.
