Mr Ponsankaran R (PhD student) received Best Oral Presentation award at 16th World Congress on Endometriosis at Sydney on 23rd May 2025.

Mr. Sharad Bhagat received the Best Poster Presentation Award (First Prize) and a Travel Award at the 17th Annual meeting of the cytometry society (TCS 2025).

Mr. Nandan Mohite received the Second Prize in Poster Presentation along with a Travel Award at the 17th Annual meeting of the cytometry society (TCS 2025).

Ms. Sapna Yadav received the Fourth Prize in Oral Presentation along with Travel Award at the 17th Annual meeting of the cytometry society (TCS 2025).

Mr. Rohan Pawar, PhD student, Department of Molecular Immunology and Microbiology, ICMR-NIRRCH, received the 1 st Prize in Oral Presentation and a Travel Award at the 17th Annual Conference of the Cytometry Society (TCS) 2025 at TMC, Kolkata, 30th October-2 nd November, 2025

Dr. Rahul Gajbhiye has been elected as a Board Member of the Asian Society of Endometriosis and Adenomyosis during the 13th Asian Congress on Endometriosis, held in Colombo, Sri Lanka (1–3 November 2025)

Dr. Gajbhiye was honoured with the Scientific Excellence Award by the Governing Body of the Endometriosis Society India at the 4th International Congress on Endometriosis, Kolkata (7–9 November 2025).

World Thalassemia Day Event

In recognition of the Genetic Research Center’s impactful work in thalassemia prevention and screening, Mr. Harshavardhan Gawde (Sr. T.O. III) received a prestigious award from the Mumbai Refinery and Seva Sahayog Foundation. Held in Chembur, the event underscored the importance of community involvement in the mission for a Thalassemia-Free India.

MRHRU Dahanu was ranked among the top 3 MRHRUs in the country for its outstanding performance in collaboration with the Public Health Department, Govt. of Maharashtra and Grant government medical college & JJ hospital, Mumbai, during Population Health Dialogue, 2026, New Delhi.
